一、報名資格：

(一)優良外勞：於97年12月31日前入境不限國籍之外籍勞工，工作態度認真有服務熱忱與雇主家人相處融洽，受到雇主肯定外籍勞工。

(二)優良雇主：於97年12月31日前引進不限國籍之雇主，因您的友善對待外籍勞工朋友，受到外勞推崇的雇主。

二、選拔方式： 

由雇主、外籍勞工、本公司的雙語翻譯以推薦報名表提報推薦，請將日常工作或相處上的具體事件及感言填寫在推薦表上，報名至98年11月15日止。

三、獎勵辦法； 

 經確認得獎的由本公司親自致贈雇主及外籍勞工可獲頒獎狀一只、精美禮物一份。若有特別事蹟或感人故事，好幫手公司將再特別致贈獎金三仟元。

2009 Ho Master Best Employer and Best Foreign worker Program Starts Now!

In order to create and maintain harmonious relationship between employer and employee, as long as you are clients of us (either employer of foreign worker), you can join our 2009 Ho Master Best Employer and Best Foreign Worker Program. In this program you can recommend the employer who hires you or foreign worker who works in your family or both parties can recommend each other t o become best employer/employee of our agency. In addition to the publication of the winners’ heart-touching stories in our website, great gifts and certificate of appreciation will be awarded!  

Registration qualifications:

1. Best worker: those who arrived in Taiwan before Dec 31, 2008 (of any nationality), showing good attitude and performance, having great relationship with employer’s family members, and having their employers’ trust. 

        2. Best employer: those who employ foreign worker of any nationality (the employee must have arrived in Taiwan before Dec 31, 2008), showing good attitude to employees, having high praises from their employees.

Selection procedure:

A recommendation form is filled out by employer, foreign worker, or translator from our agency. In the form, interesting employer-employee experiences or any real stories which can support the recommendation must be included. Registration period will last until November 15, 2009.

Awards

Winners of the 2009 Ho Master Best Employer and Best Foreign Employee Program will be awarded special gifts and certificates by our agency. Special and heart-touching stories will be rewarded with NT$ 3,000 cash.
